A larger than life exhibit featuring work from sculptor Patrick Dougherty.
"Often the public imagines that a work of art should be made to last, but I believe that a sculpture, like a good flower bed, has its season."
Internationally-acclaimed artist Patrick Dougherty travelled to the Arboretum in May 2019 and spent three weeks building this structure from sustainably-harvested willow branches gathered in Waseca, Minnesota. YouBetcha invites visitors to explore, with five fabulous towers, a labyrinth-like interior and a mysterious interior courtyard. It's a natural work of art, full of twists and turns, willow and whims. The structure will be on display on Scarecrow Hill for a limited time.
