Skyway Gallery
The Skyway Gallery is an exhibit space that connects the second floor of the Oswald Visitor Center with the first floor of the Snyder Building via a downhill ramp. Art displayed in this gallery is in partnership with the Andersen Horticultural Library. Watch for detailed drawings of flora and fauna that changes over time.

University of Minnesota College of Design students bring the library's unique collections to life through vibrant posters designed in a surface design course led by Professor James Boyd Brent. From aeonium to wisteria, experience nature through the eyes of the artist as they capture the beauty and detail of their chosen species.
About the Project
The Flora and Fauna Illustrata (FFI) is a joint Minnesota Landscape Arboretum-Andersen Horticultural Library (AHL) project. The mission is to build a collection of fine art depicting the plant and animal species that occur at the Arboretum. Artists contribute artwork that is juried into the collection.
