Sturdiwheat

Simple. Clean. Local. That’s how Red Wing’s Sturdiwheat sources the ingredients for their beloved pancake, bread and dessert mixes. It’s what they’ve done for more than 80 years. Today Sturdiwheat is family-owned and operated by mother-daughter team Suzanne and Missi Blue. As a pioneer in The Land Institute's Perennial Percent Program, Sturdiwheat incorporates locally-grown Kernza® into every pancake mix to preserve soil and water health in the upper Midwest.

MTRY & CO

We’re farmers ourselves. Drager Family Farms raises crops and livestock in southern Minnesota, where agriculture is everyday life. Alongside the fieldwork, our family has long made small-batch bacon, learning meat the hands-on way — cutting, curing, cooking and tasting everything ourselves. What drives us is simple: great meat that brings people together, quality, local food done right. That’s why we built MTRY & CO, working directly with farmers and butchers to source, craft and deliver small-batch proteins for real meals, big moments and food you’re proud to serve.
