$155 member/$170 non-member, includes Arboretum admission and project supplies

Is this camp sold out? Add your name to the waitlist, we will contact you if a spot opens and offer you the option to register. Those on the waitlist are contacted in the order they were waitlisted.

 *HALF-DAY camp sessions are not available as a part of a full day option, and piecing camps together is not recommended. Staff will not be available for lunch hour care or to provide transportation between camp locations.

Let the Wild Rumpus start! Explore the Arboretum’s wonder-filled hidden places while searching for wild things high and low. Special Guest: Live reptiles from The Reptile Experience!

  • Bring imaginative nature-play to life through crafts, cooking, games, hikes, and dancing! 
  • Create unique nature crowns, go on a bog adventure and mix up some monster munch.
  • Become a wild thing by wallowing in squishy mud and planting wild projects to take home. 
  • Discover the amazing world of animal adaptations as you hold a snake, pet a tortoise and experience up-close encounters with real wild things!

Arboretum entry instructions

Print and complete the Day Camp Gate Pass form that will be sent to you by email from the Camp Coordinator before camp begins. Show your completed form to the gate attendant to receive limited 15-minute admission for Day Camp drop-off and pick-up only. If you intend to stay at the Arboretum on the same day as your child’s Day Camp for longer than 15 minutes, you must reserve admission tickets and present your tickets to the gate attendant.

Waitlist form

The best chance of being enrolled in a sold out class is to add your name to the waitlist. Click the "waitlist" button or link next to the class and complete the form. There is no obligation to register if a spot opens. If the waitlist shows enough demand, additional sessions may be added.

Member purchasing policy

Can Members register accompanying Non-member participants for Educational programs at the discounted member rate?

Yes. Arboretum Education policy is that Members may purchase a class or camp on behalf of an accompanying Non-member at the discounted Member price as long as they are registering and paying for at least one spot for themselves. Members must Sign in, enter the total number of Member-price tickets for all participants they are purchasing for, and then complete each participant’s name and prompted information at the checkout screen. The transaction must be completed at the same time as the Member's registration(s). This policy applies only to Arboretum Education programs and classes, and is not applicable to other Arboretum purchases like Events or Admission Tickets.
