FULL-DAY camps combine morning and afternoon themed camps, separated by a fun lunch hour. These camps are offered bundled together as full-day only, and are not available individually as half-day options. Full day also offers flexible extended drop off and pick-up times: Drop off between 8:30-9 a.m.; Pick up between 4-4:30 p.m.

Artful Outdoors (Morning)
Mix creativity, a love of nature, and a little imagination using the outdoor world as inspiration for fabulous arts and crafts while discovering ways to use gathered items in one-of-a-kind creations.
- Use nature’s patterns as models for unique and colorful designs.
- Work in various styles like ceramics, photography, watercolors, charcoal and wood burning.
- Design sun prints, seed paper and natural dyes.
- Paint, draw and sketch among the gardens.
Incredible Edible Cooking Challenge (Afternoon)
This culinary adventure promises a delightful journey where nature meets flavor, inviting you to savor the joy of harvesting and preparing fresh ingredients straight from the Arboretum gardens. Ignite a passion for cooking while learning essential kitchen safety and fundamental cooking techniques.
- Transform everyday foods into extraordinary delights as you add your own flair to cooked creations.
- Gain insight into the journey of food, tracing the path from the field to your fork.
- Put your new culinary skills to the test in a friendly cooking challenge!
Print and complete the Day Camp Gate Pass form that will be sent to you by email from the Camp Coordinator before camp begins. Show your completed form to the gate attendant to receive limited 15-minute admission for Day Camp drop-off and pick-up only. If you intend to stay at the Arboretum on the same day as your child’s Day Camp for longer than 15 minutes, advance tickets are recommended to ensure your admission to the Arboretum and should be presented to the gate attendant.
