Check out the new interpretive exhibit in the Skyway Gallery, featuring wooden spoons carved from 12 fallen Arboretum trees. "Arboretum Trees of Yore" tells the stories of these chosen trees and the roles of each species in society. Arboretum Plant Health Specialist Erin Buchholz carved each spoon and assisted with the stories. Be sure to read the intriguing "Painted buckeye — or is it?" story!

Cost: Included with general daily admission, which is free for members and ages 15 and younger and $20-$25 for non-members ages 16 and older. Indigenous peoples receive waived general daily admission to the Arboretum when making a reservation by calling 612-301-6775.
