The Packard Woodland Azalea Garden lies at the west end of the Francis de Vos Home Demonstration Gardens. It features a tranquil waterfall and koi pond surrounded by azaleas. The brilliant hues of the ‘Lights’ series of cold-hardy azaleas, developed by the Arboretum’s Horticultural Research Center feature prominently. Shrubs and perennials here are well suited for a woodland setting.
