Yoga in the Gardens
With over 1,200 acres of breathing room, including peaceful indoor spaces, the Arboretum serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit in one of the greenest spaces in Minnesota. Our Yoga in the Gardens series features year-round wellness classes led by local instructors. From traditional yoga and meditation classes to sound healing and Tai Chi, you’ll get to explore what yoga is truly about.
Classes are held on Thursdays and Sundays. Advanced registration is required for all classes, and capacity is limited. Please note, we advise that you arrive 15+ minutes prior to class time in order to park and walk to the location on time for your class. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. All experience levels, ages, shapes, and genders are invited and honored.
A Zoom option will be available for select indoor classes during the winter months to accommodate those who wish to participate virtually. Zoom links will be emailed out a few days before class to pre-registered participants only.
