A stone pool surround with four vase sections, which is in the shape of a conch shell, flanked by two dolphins, is supported by a base decorated with palmettes and scrolls. There is a water spout from the outside edge toward a bronze statute of two figures (one holding a fish) in the middle. The kerb section of the pool surround has a continuous moulding enriched with ovolo and palmette designs. The plinth lends appeal to the overall appearance of the pool, raising it from ground level.
