Get an early taste of spring at the Spring Flower Show – open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. through March 15!

The Arboretum’s annual Spring Flower Show is back! Get an early taste of spring with thousands of plants, including spring bulbs, orchids and tropicals, on display in the Oswald Visitor Center and Snyder Building. This year’s show explores the theme of “water,” drawing inspiration from Minnesota’s lakes, rivers and wetlands and the life they support.

The Spring Flower Show is included with general daily admission.

Special Events During the Show

Explore the Flower Show after-hours at special events, including Preview Night on Jan. 30, After Hours With the Flowers nights throughout February and March and more. Please note registration is required for certain special events.

Do members get a discount to the Spring Flower Show?

Yes, members receive their regular membership discount as the Spring Flower Show is included with General Daily Admission. Members should just reserve tickets as they usually do with their login credentials. 

Already purchased tickets and want to upgrade to a membership? Call 612-301-1257 or visit the Membership Desk in the Oswald Visitor Center. A portion of your paid admission can be applied towards a membership. 

As an Arboretum member, do I need a special ticket for the Spring Flower Show special events?

Yes, you will need a special ticket and the Gold Pass Lane will be closed after hours. Depending on the event, your ticket price includes live music, presentations and time to enjoy the flower show. Visits during regular Arboretum hours do not require a special ticket. 

What other attractions are available during the Spring Flower Show?

Visitors can find food and beverage options at Rootstock, shop in the Gift & Garden Store and stop into the Andersen Horticultural Library for special exhibits. 

Is there food and beverage available during the Flower Show?

Yes! Visitors can find a variety of food and beverage items during the day at Rootstock. See the special event descriptions for those food options. 

Is the Flower Show wheelchair/stroller accessible?

Yes! The Flower Show is indoors in the Oswald Visitor Center and the Snyder Building, which are accessible.
