Have you ever wondered how gardens in magazines always look so good? Photography, of course! In this webinar you will learn how to capture the most amazing photos of gardens. Don will show you how to:

  • Manage the view with selective focus
  • Select varying points of view
  • Manage fields of view
  • Create panoramas
  • Lead the viewer with lines, patterns, and color
  • Incorporate people, objects, and insects

Zoom: Participation in this online course requires that you use the free Zoom video conferencing service.

Live online attendance: This class is a live online experience with the instructor and fellow students in real time! Recordings may be available by request if you cannot attend live.

Supplies/equipment


Suggested equipment to put what you will learn into practice:

  • DSLR, Mirrorless Camera or Bridge Camera
  • Single or multiple lenses that offer both wide angle and telephoto 
  • Your camera must allow you to select a focus point (most do!)
  • Tripod
