Carving Station

Brown Sugar and Maple Glazed Ham in a Maple-Mustard Sauce

Made-to-Order Omelet Station

Fillings include: cured ham, mild cheddar cheese, vidalia onions, sweet bell peppers, slivered mushrooms, baby spinach, grated Swiss cheese, bacon bits and mild pico de gallo. Egg white omelets will also be available.

Belgium Waffle Station

Waffles with soft butter, fresh whipped cream, warm strawberry sauce, Arboretum pure maple syrup and powdered sugar.


Assorted Danishes and assorted donuts.

Cubed melon salad with mint syrup
Balsamic roasted spring asparagus
Cold-Smoked Canadian Salmon, served with capers, lemon-dill aioli, whipped cream cheese, pickled red onion, shaved cucumbers, soft naan and petit bagels.
Grilled Caesar Salad (Charred Romaine tossed with creamy anchovy dressing, basil-marinated grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan, sea salt & rosemary baked focaccia croutons and fresh ground pepper)
