With more than 1,200 acres of breathing room, including peaceful indoor spaces, the Arboretum serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit in one of the greenest spaces in Minnesota. Our Yoga in the Gardens series features year-round, holistic wellness classes led by local instructors. With yoga and Tai Chi classes you’ll learn the basics of mindful movement, yoga, breathing, meditation, balance, strength, flexibility, core awareness and deep relaxation. All are welcome, including beginners! Bring your own mat and a water bottle.
