Join us for MapleFest!

Join us for a day of maple themed fun as the season of syrup rolls around. Feast on all you can eat pancakes and sausage, complemented by maple syrup and toppings bar, coffee and orange juice. A cash bar will offer bloody marys and mimosas.

We have postponed MapleFest until May 23. If you registered before March 15, we hope that your plans will allow you to still take part in this fun annual tradition on May 23. Please email or call 612-301-1210 to reschedule your reservation.

We are not currently taking new registrations for the event, but check back soon because space is limited.

Learn about maple syrup from tree to tasting.

Find out how to tap a tree, check a sapflow pressure gauge, and visit the Sugarhouse to see sap boiling. Then end your day with a  maple syrup tasting!

Thanks to the generosity of Sturdiwheat, a Minnesota-based company, for donating the pancake mix for the Saturday breakfast.
